On September 18,2016 a crazed terrorist went on a rampage at the Cross Roads Mall in St. Cloud, MN. He stabbed 10 shoppers before Jason Falconer shot and killed him. Jason is a member of the SMEAC consulting and training group. There is no doubt that Jason’s quick and decisive action saved many lives. As the Chief of Police in St. Cloud said, Jason was the right person, at the right place, at the right time. The members of SMEAC are proud of Jason’s heroic actions.
